What is a Claude Skill?

A Skill is a small folder with instructions (a SKILL.md file) that teaches Claude how to do one specific task. When your request matches a skill, Claude loads it and follows its steps, so you get the same structured result every time.

Do I need to know how to code to use these skills?

No. In the Claude app you upload the skill and then ask in plain English, for example "prep my discovery call with Acme". Claude Code users copy the folders into their skills folder.

Which Claude plan do I need?

Skills are available in the Claude apps and in Claude Code on the plans that include Skills. Check Settings > Capabilities in your Claude app; if you see Skills there, you can upload them.

Will the skills make things up about my prospects?

They are written not to. Every skill tells Claude never to invent facts about a person, company, number or result, and to mark anything it cannot confirm as UNVERIFIED. Always check the output before you send it.

Can my whole sales team use them?

Yes. The pack is free to use and share. Give each rep the zip, or install the skills once for the team where your Claude plan allows it.

Can I edit a skill to fit my process?

Yes. Each skill is a plain text file. Change the steps, the questions or the output format to match how your team sells.
