Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

This policy explains how Jishu Enterprises LLP, India, trading as B2BXclusive ("we", "us", "our"), collects, uses and protects personal data when you use b2bxclusive.com, our services, and Tailr CRM (tailr.b2bxclusive.com). Tailr CRM is a product of Jishu Enterprises LLP. For the website, our services and Tailr CRM accounts we are the data controller (the "data fiduciary" under India's DPDP Act).

2. What we collect

When you visit our website

• Details you type into our forms, chat or booking pages: name, work email, phone number, company, and your message.
• Usage data: pages viewed, the site that referred you, device and browser type, approximate country and time zone, and (for security) IP address.
• Our own first-party analytics: a random visitor ID kept in your browser's local storage (not a cookie, and no name or email). If you later fill in one of our forms, your visits are linked to the details you submitted so we can follow up. If your browser sends "Do Not Track", none of this is recorded.
• Google Analytics, which uses cookies to measure traffic. You can decline non-essential cookies in our cookie banner or block them in your browser.

When you are a client or use Tailr CRM

• Account details: names and emails of you and your team logins, company details for invoices.
• Billing details: plan, invoices, consent records and payment status. Payments are handled by Razorpay or Stripe; we never receive your full card number.
• Content you put into Tailr CRM: leads, contacts, deals, notes, tasks and files.
• Support messages, problem reports and questions you send us.

When you connect Google

If you connect a Google account to Tailr CRM, we request access to send email and read your Gmail messages (gmail.send, gmail.readonly), read and create Calendar events (calendar.readonly, calendar.events) and see your email address. We use this only to show your emails and meetings with leads inside your CRM and to send the emails you choose to send.

Tailr CRM's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or let humans read it except with your permission, for security, or where the law requires.

3. How we use it

• To reply to you, book calls and provide the services and software you asked for.
• To run, secure and improve the website and Tailr CRM, and to fix problems.
• To send service messages: trial reminders, billing emails, alerts and updates.
• To send occasional B2B marketing about our services, where the law allows it. You can opt out at any time.
• To prevent fraud and abuse and to meet legal, tax and accounting duties.

Our legal bases are your consent, the performance of a contract with you, our legitimate interest in running and marketing a B2B business (balanced against your rights), and legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.

4. Contacts you put into Tailr CRM

For the leads and contacts our customers store in Tailr CRM, the customer is the controller and we process the data only on their instructions to provide the service. If you are one of those contacts, please ask the company that contacted you; we will help them with your request.

5. Who we share it with

Only service providers that help us run the Services, under contracts that protect your data:

• Hosting: GoDaddy (website) and Fly.io (Tailr CRM).
• Payments: Razorpay and Stripe.
• Email delivery: Google Workspace and Resend.
• AI help: Anthropic, to answer questions typed into the Ask Shawn assistant inside Tailr CRM.
• Analytics: Google Analytics.
• Tools you choose to connect, such as Google, Zoom or Smartlead.

We may also share data if the law requires it, to protect our rights, or as part of a merger or sale of the business (you would be told).

6. International transfers

We have offices in India and the United States and work as a remote team, and our providers may process data in other countries, including the European Union. Where required, transfers are protected by safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

7. How long we keep it

• Enquiries and leads: as long as needed to follow up and for our records, usually up to 3 years after our last contact.
• Tailr CRM trials that do not upgrade: deleted 30 days after the trial ends.
• Paid Tailr CRM accounts: while the subscription is active; you can export your data at any time and ask us to delete it when you leave.
• Invoices and payment records: as long as tax law requires (in India, at least 8 years).

8. Security

We use HTTPS everywhere, separate logins with permissions, access limited to people who need it, daily backups and monitoring. No system is perfectly secure, so if we learn of a breach that affects you we will tell you and the authorities as the law requires.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under India's DPDP Act 2023, the GDPR in the UK/EU, or US state laws such as the CCPA), you can ask to access, correct, delete or get a copy of your personal data, object to or restrict its use, withdraw consent, and opt out of marketing. You can also complain to your local data protection authority. Email shawn@b2bxclusive.com; we reply within 30 days. We do not sell or "share" personal data for cross-context behavioural advertising.

10. Children

Our Services are for businesses and are not meant for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect children's data.

11. Changes

We may update this policy and will change the "Last updated" date above. For important changes affecting clients, we will tell you by email.
