Terms of Service

Last updated: October 9, 2026

Tailr CRM is a product of Jishu Enterprises LLP. The B2BXclusive website (b2bxclusive.com), its services and Tailr CRM are operated by Jishu Enterprises LLP, India.

1. Who these terms are with

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Jishu Enterprises LLP, India, trading as B2BXclusive ("B2BXclusive", "we", "us", "our"). Tailr CRM is a product of Jishu Enterprises LLP. The Terms cover the website b2bxclusive.com, our services and our software, including Tailr CRM (together, the "Services"). By using the Services you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use the Services for a company, you confirm you are allowed to accept these Terms for it.

If you signed a proposal, order form or other written agreement with us, that agreement applies together with these Terms, and it wins where the two differ.

2. The Services

  • Outbound sales services: lead generation, appointment setting, cold email, LinkedIn outreach, cold calling and copywriting.
  • Consulting and training: go-to-market strategy, startup consulting, sales training, sales coaching and workshops.
  • B2BX Infrastructure: domain registration, mailboxes, DNS and email authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), warm-up and inbox health monitoring.
  • Tailr CRM: a hosted, white-label CRM (software as a service) at tailr.b2bxclusive.com.
  • Free resources such as playbooks, calculators, templates and blog articles, provided for information only.

The exact scope, channels, volumes and price of a paid service are set out in your proposal, order or plan.

3. Accounts

  • Give accurate information and keep it up to date.
  • Keep your login details safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account and the logins you create for your team.
  • Tell us straight away at shawn@b2bxclusive.com if you think your account has been misused.

4. Fees, billing and taxes

  • Fees are shown on our pricing pages or in your proposal and are billed in advance for each period (monthly, quarterly or yearly) unless agreed otherwise.
  • Taxes such as Indian GST are added where they apply.
  • Payments are processed by Razorpay (Indian rupees) or Stripe (other currencies). Card details are handled by them; we never store your full card number.
  • If a payment fails we may pause the Service until it is paid.

5. Tailr CRM subscriptions

Free trial

New Tailr CRM customers get a 14-day free trial with no card required. When the trial ends you are not charged; the CRM simply stops until you choose a plan. If you don't upgrade, the trial's data is deleted 30 days after the trial ends.

Paid plans and your consent

  • We never charge you automatically unless you ticked a consent box when you upgraded. That box names the amount, how often you will be charged and how to cancel.
  • Monthly plans (and yearly plans in US dollars) renew automatically after that consent, and you get an email before every charge.
  • Yearly plans paid in Indian rupees above Rs 15,000 are a single payment that does not renew by itself; we remind you 7 days before the year ends.
  • Your consent records, invoices and next charge are always visible in Settings > Billing.

Cancelling

You can cancel any time in Settings > Billing. Future charges stop and your CRM keeps working until the end of the period you already paid for. You can export your data at any time.

6. Cancellation and refunds

  • Monthly services and subscriptions can be cancelled before the next billing date; cancelling stops future charges.
  • Fees already paid are not refundable, including for a partly used period, except where the law requires a refund or we agreed otherwise in writing.
  • If you were charged by mistake (for example a duplicate charge), tell us within 30 days at shawn@b2bxclusive.com and we will refund the mistaken charge to the original payment method.
  • Domains bought for you cannot be refunded once registered, because registrars do not refund them.

7. Acceptable use and anti-spam

You must use the Services lawfully. In particular you must:

  • Follow anti-spam and privacy laws that apply to you, such as CAN-SPAM (US), GDPR and PECR (UK/EU), CASL (Canada) and India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
  • Only contact people where you have a lawful basis (for example legitimate interest for relevant B2B outreach), include a clear way to opt out, and honour opt-outs promptly.
  • Not use the Services for phishing, malware, fraud, misleading content, harassment, or sending volumes that damage sending reputation or get IPs blacklisted.
  • Not try to break, overload, reverse-engineer or get unauthorised access to the Services.

We may pause or end a Service that breaks these rules.

8. Your data and content

You own the data and content you give us or put into Tailr CRM (for example contacts, leads, emails and notes). You give us permission to use it only to provide and support the Services. You are responsible for having the right to use that data. When we process personal data on your behalf (for example the contacts in your CRM), we act as your processor and follow your instructions; see the Privacy Policy.

9. Third-party services

Some Services rely on or connect to other providers, such as Google (Gmail and Calendar), Zoom, sending tools like Smartlead, domain registrars, mailbox providers, Razorpay and Stripe. Their own terms apply to your use of them, and we are not responsible for their availability or actions.

10. Our intellectual property

We and our licensors own the Services, the software, our playbooks and website content. You get a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use them under these Terms. White-label branding you add to Tailr CRM (your name, logo and colours) remains yours.

11. Results

Figures on our website, such as pipeline generated, meetings booked or time to first meeting, describe past results across clients. Outcomes depend on your market, offer and many other factors, so they are not a guarantee of your results unless a written agreement says so.

12. Availability and warranties

We work to keep the Services available and secure, but they are provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all other warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Downtime caused by third-party providers is outside our control.

13. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, such as lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the Service concerned in the 12 months before the claim.

14. Suspension and termination

You can stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms, do not pay, or if we must for legal reasons. Sections that by their nature should survive (such as payment, liability and governing law) continue after termination.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will change the "Last updated" date above and, for important changes to a paid Service, tell you by email in advance. Continuing to use the Services after a change means you accept it.

16. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India have jurisdiction over any dispute, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before going to court, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue.
