Who we are

Tailr CRM is a product of Jishu Enterprises LLP. B2BXclusive is the brand under which Jishu Enterprises LLP provides its outbound sales services and software.

What we offer

• Outbound sales services: B2B lead generation, appointment setting, cold email, LinkedIn outreach and cold calling.
• Go-to-market strategy, startup consulting, sales training and sales coaching.
• B2BX Infrastructure: cold email domains, mailboxes, authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) and warm-up.
• Tailr CRM: a white-label CRM for outbound teams and agencies, sold as a monthly or yearly subscription.

Billing, cancellation and refunds (summary)

• Prices are shown on our pricing pages or in your proposal. Taxes such as GST are added where they apply.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay (Indian rupees) or Stripe (other currencies). We never see or store your full card details.
• Tailr CRM has a 14-day free trial with no card required. Nobody is charged automatically unless they ticked a consent box at upgrade that names the amount, how often and how to cancel.
• You can cancel a Tailr CRM subscription any time in Settings > Billing. Future charges stop and the CRM keeps working until the end of the period you paid for.
• Fees already paid are not refundable, except where the law requires it or we agreed otherwise in writing. If you were charged by mistake (for example twice), tell us within 30 days and we will refund the mistaken charge.
